No PIN = anyone can open Settings (fine while you set up). Set a PIN before your event so guests can't open Settings, then lock the iPad with Guided Access. To open Settings any time, tap the ⚙ button — or tap the top-left corner 5 times.

Clips are saved on the iPad first, so flaky Wi-Fi never loses footage — uploads retry automatically. Download any clip here as a backup.
Run the check before every event. “Update app” pulls the newest version and clears the offline cache.
Reuse one setup across events or iPads: Export, copy the text, then Import it on another booth. (The background image isn't included — re-add it if needed.)
